Claims and benefits support, education, vocational training resources, and access to medical and behavioral health services are provided to military members, veterans, and their families through a resource center on Kent Island. Peer support groups, spouse and caregiver programs, and stress-reduction offerings including therapeutic riding and creative activities round out the free services available on-site and virtually.
